How do I activate my Wrangle account?

To activate your Wrangle account, you’ll need to register using the Wrangle app. Once you have signed up to the app you can update your details including your name, email address, password and marketing preferences. Within your account settings you will also see a tab to visit your Wrangle Wallet, here you can view and manage your Wrangle purchases.

How do I use Wrangle?

Browse, select and combine offers based on your chosen activities and receive a further discounted rate after pairing offers together. If you choose not to combine that’s okay too, simply purchase offers via the Wrangle app, pay online and redeem directly with the merchant.

How do combination deals work?

Every offer listed on Wrangle is available to purchase individually without having to combine it with another. However, if you chose to combine an offer with another, both companies may reduce their rates further in order to give you the best rate possible. To receive this discount, simply add two or more promotions to your itinerary and see your new discount increase for better value for money.

How do I view, change or cancel a Wrangle?

You can view all previous and active orders in your Wrangle Wallet. Sign into your account on the Wrangle App, select the ‘Wallet’ button on the navigation bar and ‘View orders’. Under your selected order you may be able to select a part of the wrangle to request a refund by selecting the 'Request a Refund’ button. Please note that there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which we can refund unused vouchers unless the fine print states otherwise. For more information please visit our refund policy.

How do I become a Wrangle Merchant?

To sign up as a merchant on Wrangle, please complete and submit the online form which can be found here. Once you have submitted the form, one of our representatives will be in touch. It’s free to register yourself as a business, please contact us for more information.
